Rachel's Cards and Crafts

Hi all well I had a break from crafting the beginning of the year and I have been concentrating on a new healthy and active lifestyle so have been spending most of my spare time in the gym. I have also given up making my plaques and things made to order on ebay and etsy and decided that I wanted to get my crafts back as more of a hobby and more enjoyable when I do have some spare time. I felt like I was working to much to deadlines and the fun and relaxation of crafting had just gone. Unfortunately I have been unwell with my chest this past week and have spent some time in hospital. Well I thought that as I am resting up at the minute I would do a spot of colouring/crafting. I have had loads of digital images in a box printed and waiting for colouring so they were ready to hand which was very convenient. Ooops I've been absent again from the world of blogging. But not from the world of crafting. Here's a selection of what i've been upto!!! This first one is a 1st wedding anniversary frame I was asked to make.   Next we have a baby birth plaque This next project was a box I was asked to make for one of my colleagues to give to her best friend to ask her to be her maid of honor. This one is a wedding countdown plaque This next one is one of my latest projects for an order.  A baby birth word art frame. How cute is it!!!!  Embellishments are all hand stamped, glittered and coloured stamps from Chloe's Creative Cards Well that's it for now. Ohh I've had fun this weekend. I've been to Sheena and Donna's workshop. We made some brilliant projects. Here's what we made As you can see we made 3 cards, a canvas and flowers. Here's for the closer images of the canvas I really enjoyed making this and can't wait to make some more!!! Next the cards We used Sheena's Eye stamp and made two very different cards. Hi all Well what a busy few weeks i've had. I haven't been blogging but I have certainly been creating. I spent  most of a week making things for my sister's wedding.. I am going to share quite a few photo's of them in this post. I have also attended a crafty workshop at Chloe's Creative Cards, made a Wedding Memory Candle, as well as a 1st Wedding Anniversary Frame and a baby plaque. Photos all to follow in separate posts. Then I have had some very busy days at my work as well as a shopping trip followed by the theater to see Chicago. Wow when you see it all written down you realise how busy you have been. Oh and how can I forget. I also was bridesmaid at my sister's wedding, lol. Well then now for the photo's of my sister's wedding items. 1st I want to share with you the card I made for her.
