Need for Speed!!!!

Hi all, I hope you are all well.

I’m back today with another Scheduled post, this time to show you a card I made for my Cousin for his Birthday using the Need for Speed Digital Stamp from Kenny K. This is the first Kenny K Digital stamp I have coloured and I must say I do like it. I think I may have to get some more in the future.

Again I have coloured the image using my Spectrum Noir pens and then have added Glossy Accents to the Car and Eyes to give that glazed, shiny effect. The colour of the car changed slightly when adding the Glossy Accents for some reason. Luckily the image still looked ok otherwise I wouldn’t have been a happy bunny!!!

The Colours I have used are:

Character: FS2, FS4, TN2, IG1, Blender, PP6, CR5, CR7, EB5, EB8, TN7, TN5, TB2, TB3

Car – PP6, DR2, DR3, DR6, OR2, OR3, CT4, GB3, IG6, IG7, IG8, IG10

Outline: IG1, IG2

Peel off Sentiment and Gems: True Black

Here’s a close up of the coloured image

Mixed media clock

Hi all I'm back today to share a clock I've made.  I started it yesterday evening by adding the texture building stages using white crackle texture paste drying after. Then used various stencils and embossing paste. I dried this and then added a coat of black gesso and left it to dry over night.  This morning I added some colour onto it using Pebeo Dyna paints. I added die cut numbers cut out of silver mirror card. However I wasn't happy with it as it was too dark for what I wanted it for and thought the silver numbers didn't go with it. So I sat back and looked at it and decided I wanted it lighter.  Well no loss as out came my heavy white gesso and I gave it a good coating. Before adding the white gesso I sanded the numbers slightly so that the paint could adhere better and this also gave extra texture. I dried this off and added the Dyna paints again and some Art Alchemy Opal Magic in Rose Gold.  Well I felt much happier with how it was loo...
