You get 2 complete calendars in the kit to create for £9.99 – less your membership discount of course!!!! If your not already a member why not? Check out there wonderful Club Inspire .   Right then onto the project.   Step 1 Take your Kit and ribbon from the packet. Step 2 Seperate the two calendars Step 3 Take the November page and remove the 4 holes from the top and the section from the main page. Layer ontop of the December Page. Step 4 Remove all of the other pages in this way layering ontop of each other. Step 5 Place the front cover on your project.   Step 6 Make some ribbon loops through each hole on the top, ensuring they are not too tight so your calendar pages will turn.   Step 7 Thread some ribbon through the middle two loops you have just created to make a hanging loop. ...

Peter Rabbit Christmas and an eventful day!!!

Hi all, well here’s my card for today. I have used my Beatrix Potter A Winter’s Tale CD from Crafter’s Companion for the Backing Paper and Pyrimage.  It’s an 8” gatefold card base and I have used snow white centura pearl card . The pyrimage is mounted onto a snow white centura pearl and silver mirror scalloped oval which I have cut using my eCraft . I have also cut the Let it snow and snowflake on the eCraft too. To finish these details I have added some Stickles Glitter Glue. For the inside I have printed some more backing paper and an insert. The finishing details make all of the difference. I’m entering this card into Christmas Card Challenges . Right then your probably all wondering what the eventful day has been. Well this morning I slipped on my kitchen laminate and fractured my big toe. It’s very sore. I wasn’t going to go to A&E but after being advised I went. They haven’t been able to strap my toes due to where I have the fracture but have been advis...

Beatrix Potter Tom Kitten Card

This card I have made using the Crafter's Companion Tom Kitten CD. The backing papers and borders were printed onto pearl card and the decoupage topper glossy photo paper. I have used a white pearl card for the base and silver holographic card for the matts. The buttons are from my stash and I have added some ribbon to these from my stash too. Sorry the photo isn't the best but the holographic card and photo paper were causing alot of reflection. Hugs Rachel xx

Grazie Giovanna!!

This is another Thank You card to send to Italy. The recipient likes dogs so I thought what better than to use the dog from my new Jemima Puddleduck stamp collection from Crafter's Companion. I again coloured this using copics. I then used my nestibilities as a matt. The papers are from the Tom Kitten and Jemima Puddleduck coordinating papers section on the CD. I have used the bronze pearl card from Crafter's Companion as the base which I have folded the A4 sheet on the short side. The ribbon is by BasicBasic which I picked up from a craft show. Again the sentiment is printed on my PC.

Peter Rabbit invertiage meets decoupage

Well what can I say about this card. I love it, I am really pleased with how it has turned out. Again I have used the world of Beatrix Potter CD along with the Peter Rabbit CD from Crafter's Companion. I love the way that these style of cards have invertiage and decoupage. This card is for a very special recipient and I am sending it to show my appreciation and admiration towards her. Here are a few more images of the card. Another frontal view Showing the spine The inner page A close up of the decoupage of Peter Rabbit There is another section over the page which is where the verse is however I forgot to take the picture.
