Well I can't believe a week has gone since wendy's last challenge over on the Crafters Companion Forum . This week she has gone back to using a sketch. I was inspired by the colours of my new look blog for my take on the sketch. Then I thought there wouldn't be anything better for this than to use one of my new Bella stamps from Stamping Bella. Well this is my card for Wendy's Sketch 20 on the Crafters Companion forum this week. I have coloured a bella stamped inmage and mounted this onto some silver mirror card. The backing papers are Shabby Princess mounted onto pink card stock from my stash. Flowers and greeting also from my stash.

Well for this card I have coloured a bella stamped image. The papers are again from my bit box and gems and flowers from my stash. Thanks for looking Hugs Rachel

These are a few more cards I have made recently. I set myself a challenge to use only papers from my bit box (well I should say bit boxes!!! lol). The first is a topper from a challenge Wendy on the Crafter's Companion forum set a while back and the paper I made at the time in my 3d2 builder program. This one is from the Joanna Sheen Messy Rabbit cd rom. This one a bella stamped image coloured with watercolour pencils. And this one a penny black image again water coloured. This one is a magnolia stamped image coloured with pencils. This one is a penny black stamped image and I have used the sketch from Papertake Weekly Challenge - #15 however I never got round to posting in time to enter it into the challenge. This one is a dimension forth stamped image coloured with cosmic shimmers. And this one I have used the sketch from Cupcake Craft - Challenge 40 . Well this is my first high hopes challenge card. I must say there stamps look lovely but sadly I haven't got any so I used one of my bella stamped images. The challenge was to use buttons on your card so I found threee of my red buttons and stitched them with white thread. I have used some of the backing papers I had left over from the card I made yesterday from Joanna Sheen's Messy Rabbit CD. Thanks for looking. Rachel xxx

This is my card entry for Sketch Saturday: Sketch #37 . I have used a bella stamped image which is coloured with watercolour pencils. The backing papers are from Scrapbooking Mad Shabby Rose Collection. Card stock, peel off greeting and brads from my stash.

This is the card I have made for the daring card makers mid week challenge . The brief was to make a wedding card using bright clours and not traditional whites, creams and silver. I decided to use a bella image for mine. Coloured it with pencils and blended with sansodor. I used a funky fairy download paper and coordinating blue cards which i ran through my cuttlebug and dotty folder. I then added ribbon detail and on your wedding day peel of greeting.

I loved this image I just had to do it for my work colleague's birthday. She likes a glass of wine or two of an evening and I actually thought the elegance of Bella resembles her. The backing papers are a Shabby Princess one and a Cuddly Buddly one which I have adapted the colour wit my graphics program. The layout is from yesterday Arty Girls sketch challenge which I have adapted slightly by making an A5 card instead of the square one. I was going to use this one to enter into the challenge but then decided to make another, my 'star fairy' card. Hope you like and have a great day. Hugs Rachel xx

I love how this card has turned out. I have coloured the Bella image using pencils. The paper is a download from the internet and peel offs are craft creation ones. Thanks for looking Rachel xx
