Peter Rabbit invertiage meets decoupage

Well what can I say about this card. I love it, I am really pleased with how it has turned out. Again I have used the world of Beatrix Potter CD along with the Peter Rabbit CD from Crafter's Companion. I love the way that these style of cards have invertiage and decoupage. This card is for a very special recipient and I am sending it to show my appreciation and admiration towards her. Here are a few more images of the card. VW Campervan Wedding Invitation and Place Setting Samples

These are some samples I have been working on for an order of wedding invites and place settings. The happy couple wanted me to include pictures of VW Campervans on the items as they love them and a black and white theme. They didn't want 'traditional' invites as they said it was not their thing. These are what I have come up with to send to them. The first is an A6 card style with a printed invite inside. The second is what I am calling a 5x5" flop invite as it flops open when the ribbon band is removed to reveal the invite details. this is the front:   And the inside and ribbon band:  This one is a pocket tag style and is 6x6" The completed effect: The back of the tag and pocket: The front of the tag and pocket: Two place setting examples: Recipe silver holographic, black and white cardstock CD's for backing papers -bearly mine extreme & crafters companion Popcorn romance cd Ribbon - Dovecraft Gems - Stash Peel Offs - Stash Tools - Cuttl...

World Heart Valentines

This is a card I made last week for a valentines card order. I have used an image the gentleman supplied be with but have given it a red hue. The gentleman wanted to use the picture of the heart as his girlfriend lives in Italy. So he wanted to use the world globe to represent the world between them. This is what I came up with. I cut the heart out and added it as a second layer curving it to give the rounded effect. The backing paper came from my bearly mine extreme cd.

A card for my colleagues birthday

This is the card I made for a collegues birthday this week. I must admit I strated it about two weeks ago and finished it this week the day before her birthday lol. I love the easel style card at the minute. I think my problem is when I loose my mojo which has happened a lot recently is that I try to make things too complicated my trying to think up new styles, however this style really works and is quite simple really once you have how the mecanism works. As you can see Popcorn the Bear Birthday CD from Crafter's companion came out for this card. I just love this cute bear. Card Recipe: Popcorn the Bear - Crafter's Companion Birthday CD Pink and silver card stock Buttons Ribbon - dovecraft Diamond glaze (on the eyes and nose to make them shiney!!)
