Diesire to be enlightened?

Oooh hi all. Some of you may already be aware but the wonderful Crafter’s Companion are releasing some brilliant Dies of their own on the 19th August on Create and Craft. There’s some fab designs. I have had the privilege to be working with the following two sets of dies.

012

There just fab and I’m sure you will like all of the other sets too.

I have made various different samples using the wonderful licenced ranges from Crafter’s Companion. The first sample I am going to be showing you is made using the Moreheads CD.

This sample is a decorative Candle.

I just love this sweet image from the cd. I have printed onto tissue paper and applied to the candle using the greaseproof paper and heat gun method.

Next I have used some core’dinations card stock and the border die and ran these through my Grand Calibur. I have used the off cut as a border along the top and then the main decorative piece along the bottom, edged with some ribbon.

I created a base for the candle using a circle which I have cut on my ecraft and then the scalloped die which I then distressed using the Sand it tool.

Finally I added stickles glitter and flowers to the candle for decoration.

I will pop back over the next couple of weeks with more of my samples.

For now that’s all. Why not check out some of the other DT’s blogs for more of there wonderful samples!!!

Happy Crafting

In the Night Garden

This card is for an order I have been given. The lady wanted a card with an In the Night Garden theme and Igglepiggle for her Grandson. I found images on the internet and decoupaged the bottom pannel and added peel offs to this. Igglepiggle has been mounted onto white card which I have embossed using my dotty folder in my cuttlebug and then matted this onto co-ordinating blue card stock. The base card was from my cardstock stash which I have made a 21cm square card with. I then added peel off stars to finish the card off. Thanks for looking Hugs Rachel

Birthday Card Trio

Hello all, I'm back again with another post for you. This time I've got three cards to show you.  These are all made with products from Crafter's Companion. The 1st is another dragon card made using one of the Lee Holland Dragon stamps. I love these little characters :) I've had coloured this using spectrum noir colour blend pencils. I just love how much of a fun looking card you can make with these stamps.    Next is a card made using a unicorn stamp. This has also been hand coloured with pencils. I've also used some backing papers and matt mirror and glitter card from Sara's Enchanted forest collection. Finally I've made a card using my Crafter's Companion BeBunni CD. It's a while since I've used this cd but I forgot how cute these little bunnies are.   All of the cards have been personalised with die cut numbers and letters for the names. Hope to see you all again soon. Rachel
