I have used the Mariella stamp and coloured using my Spectrum Noir Pens.
The Colours I have used are:
Dress - IB1, IB2, IB3, BT8, Blender
Flowers and Grass - CT1, CT2, CT4, LG4, LG5
Skin - FS2, F4, TN2, FS8
Hair – TN2, TN4, TN7
Wings – IB1
Sky Outline – TB1

Card Recipe
Scalloped 6x6 card base
Embossalicious 6x6 folder Floral Frenzy – Crafter’s Companion
Butterfly Embellishment - Martha Stewart Butterfly Punch
Ribbon – Stash
Gem’s – The Ribbon Box (coloured with Spectrum Noir BT8)
Glammor Dust

I also made another 7 cards using this stamp in various other colour ways, however, I forgot to take photo’s as I was running out of time before leaving the house and forgot to take them. I am a bit disappointed really that I forgot as I wanted to show how different the cards looked for being the same image but different colour. The layout of the cards was exactly the same. Oh well there’s more important things to stress over!!
I have made the cards to show our appreciation to those who have cared for me over the past few months.

I am entering this card into the following challenges:
The Paper Shelter - Challenge #122 – Anything Goes
Creative Inspirations – Challenge #224 – Bingo (Twine/ribbon, Stamped Image, Flowers)
Everybody Art – Challenge #242 – Butterfly
Charisma Cardz Challenges – Challenge #29 – Make your own embellishments

Well that’s it for now
Happy Crafting all and take care
Hugs

Vintage Floral Butterfly Tree Canvas

Hi all This is a Canvas I have created. I've been working on it over a few weeks now. I initially decorated the base of the canvas with various papers, inks, paints, texture paste and script stamps; and painted the tree but was then stuck on what to add to it. I left it for a while whilst I came up with what I wanted to do. Then I decided I wanted some bigger flowers, and found some Prima flowers and added some additional mixed media elements and smaller flowers I already had in my stash. Along with glitters and diamante embellishments. I also die cut a fancy flourish for the corner (not that you can see much of it, oops) and a quote. I did two layers for the die cuts and glued them together so that they were thicker. Well here's a picture of it   I'm quite pleased with how it has turned out.  This is a video which shows some of the elements in more detail. You can even see the glitter sparkling. (Sorry it's a bit shaky I used my phone. It'...
